About Me

I have been in the publishing business for over 35 years. Besides working as managing editor for The (PA) Triboro Banner newspaper and as a reporter/feature writer for the Sun Coast (FL) Media Group, I also served as editor of the North Port (FL) News, the Winter Park (FL) Sun Herald, the Florida Banner, the DeSoto County Times, and The (FL) Weekender. I was also  editor/publisher of The Lackawanna (PA) Independent, The Lower Valley (PA) Beacon, and served as editor/publisher of Yesterday’s Magazette, New Writer’s Magazine and Writer’s Guidelines and News.

I now live in Sarasota, Florida with my wife, Carrillee, and have published 7 novels, many digital e-books, short stories, articles, and columns. You can view samples of my work at The One Finger Novelist at http://epburke.com
